As you undoubtedly know, few attorneys are willing to undertake FECA claims. I have worked for OWCP for five years deciding claims and have successfully represented OWCP claimants since 1983. I understand the frustraion you are experiencing for just pursuing your rights.

Before agreeing to represent you, I will obtain and review a complete copy of your OWCP file. We will then meet (or talk on the phone) and discuss your case. Even if I do not think I can accomplish a successful result within a reasonable time and at a reasonable cost to you, I will render my legal opinion on what you need to do to have OWCP accept and pay (or continue to pay) your claim.

*Note: If your OWCP file contains more than 500 pages, there is an additional $300 charge for every 500 pages over the first 500 pages. We will let you know that when we receive your file from OWCP.
